Package is good and minor product broken but overall is OK. Should improve packaging method or proper packaging like insert more poly bag or bubble wrapping or putting side protection to hold on the product from shaking during shipment.

Last time I bought 70 year old sandalwood that smell abit lighter for me, so I ask any recommended for me, the customer service messager me and suggested 28 year old Agarwood.
