我本人是个很难入眠的人，通过朋友的介绍这个添添旺网站 。过后我也询问了客服哪里一款会比较适合我。客服也很有耐心的介绍和推荐我 沉香系列的盘香，还建议我保持在通风的环境下点或者是在要睡觉之前的3个小时前点燃。点完了才进去房间睡效果会比较好。效果好的话会再买。谢谢客服还有谢谢老板。

Package is good and minor product broken but overall is OK. Should improve packaging method or proper packaging like insert more poly bag or bubble wrapping or putting side protection to hold on the product from shaking during shipment.

Last time I bought 70 year old sandalwood that smell abit lighter for me, so I ask any recommended for me, the customer service messager me and suggested 28 year old Agarwood. I try already that smell is I want it,thanks alot. Next time I can try for higher year old of Agarwood.
